Molly Reese Ward, CFP®, CDFA®, is the esteemed Founder of Well Lived Wealth, LLC, with over 25 years of financial professional experience. A proud Texan, Molly achieved the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and established a wealth management firm before she had her first child at the age of 26. Her career has been marked by significant accomplishments, including earning her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation and participating in prestigious financial programs such as Retirement Planning Specialist program which is a title awarded by Equitable Advisors, based upon receipt of a Certificate in Retirement Planning from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach from Columbia University. Molly was distinguished as the sole female advisor on Equitable’s Elite Advisor Group Steering Committee from a pool of 4,000 peers.
An influential leader, Molly's past roles include serving as the Associate’s Roundtable Chair of the James A. Baker III Institute at Rice University and as a Board Member of her local library. Her current contributions include being an active member of the Investment Committee at the St. Luke’s United Methodist Church Foundation and the Houston Business and Estate Planning Council, as well as a Board member of Fort Worth's Lone Oak Trust Company. In 2026, she was ranked 33rd among approximately 4,000 Equitable Advisors and qualified for the Forbes 2026 Top Women Wealth Advisors Best-in-State list, highlighting her as a leader in the field.
Molly's community involvement is notable, with her commitment extending to regular blood donations and underwriting and serving meals at St. Luke's’ Gethsemane campus. Her leadership at Well Lived Wealth is characterized by a unique talent for crafting financial plans that resonate with her clients' present and future aspirations. Emphasizing tax strategies and wealth preservation, Molly is dedicated to mentoring the next generation of advisors, empowering them to enhance the financial well-being of her clients. Her leadership not only propels the firm forward but also ensures a legacy of financial security for generations to come.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Molly is deeply committed to her family, cherishing the moments as her three children achieve life’s significant milestones. She is also an advocate for a healthy lifestyle, prioritizing nutritious eating and regular exercise. An avid hiker, Molly has set an ambitious goal of conquering at least one mountain peak over 14,000 feet every year, reflecting her adventurous spirit and dedication to personal growth.

The Credentialed Holistic Financial Coach title and custom coaching credential is available exclusively to financial professionals (FPs) of Equitable Advisors who seek to have deeper more personal conversations with their clients. The credential is awarded by Equitable Advisors, based upon the FP’s receipt of a certificate of completion of the Holistic Financial Coach Program. In a collaboration between Columbia University’s Coaching Center of Excellence and Equitable Advisors’ affiliate, Equitable Financial Life Insurance Company (NY, NY), coursework was developed exclusively for Equitable Advisors FPs, and the title may be used only by FPs who have completed the required coursework and maintain the title through ongoing continuing education requirements. Columbia’s Coaching Center of Excellence has earned a global reputation as the “Ivy-league” of evidence-based, high-impact coaching education and training. Tate Lowe, a seasoned financial advisor, is a cornerstone of the Well Lived Wealth team. Hailing from Wharton, TX, Tate distinguished himself early on as a member of the Corps of Cadets and Parsons Mounted Cavalry while pursuing his education at Texas A&M University. He began his professional journey in 2015 with Equitable Advisors as a Financial Professional, where his academic prowess and passion for client success laid a solid foundation for his career.
In 2018, Tate's path led him to Well Lived Wealth, where he has become integral in crafting tailored financial planning strategies. Beyond his professional achievements, Tate is an adventurer at heart. He relishes outdoor activities such as fishing and swimming and treasures the company of his loyal dog, Rainey, along with friends and family. Among his remarkable personal feats is completing the Texas Water Safari, a grueling 260-mile canoe race, underscoring his endurance and resilience.

Sadie Morelli
Client Service Associate
Sadie Morelli is a Client Service Associate at Well Lived Wealth and an essential part of making The Well Lived Wealth Way feel seamless, organized, and genuinely comfortable for our clients.
She supports our advisory team by handling client onboarding, account administration, and behind the scenes coordination—helping streamline the process and ensuring interactions feel thoughtful, smooth, and stress reducing. Sadie has a natural talent for keeping details organized and conversations moving forward, so clients can focus on what matters while she helps reduce complexity along the way.
Sadie brings experience coordinating complex schedules, managing important documentation, and supporting teams in fast-paced environments. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Film and Digital Media from Baylor University, along with a minor in Business Administration.
Outside the office, Sadie enjoys staying active through strength training, Pilates, and cardio workouts. She is fond of travelling—especially internationally—and has Switzerland, Japan, and Chile high on her bucket list. Sadie also enjoys spending time at the movie theater catching the latest releases, cooking and hosting meals for friends and family, and exploring Houston’s ever-expanding restaurant scene.
Jose Salgado
Client Service Associate
Jose, a dynamic addition to our team at Well Lived Wealth, embarked on his professional journey with us in 2025. A University of Houston alumnus, Jose majored in Finance, enriching his experience with two years dedicated to Retirement Planning at Equitable Advisors. He proudly holds the Series 6, Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and is ambitiously working towards his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional registration.
In his role as a Client Service Associate, Jose is often the first point of contact, ensuring seamless account service. Additionally, he plays a crucial paraplanning role, contributing significantly to the development of comprehensive financial plans and aiding in the preparation for annual client reviews.
Outside of his professional commitments, Jose is an avid athlete, currently training for his inaugural half-marathon through the grueling and exciting Spartan Races. His dedication to family is evident as he frequently keeps in touch with his parents living in Spain. Passionate about Europe and its beauty, Jose seizes every opportunity to connect with his family. Notably, Jose is fluent in Spanish and understands Portuguese, enriching his ability to communicate and connect with diverse clients.
Leah Ragiel, MBA
Marketing Specialist
Leah is an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing Specialist who brings a vibrant energy to our team with her focus on client communications, marketing outreach, client events, speaking engagements, social media, and community relations. A proud New Orleans native, she made Houston her home in 1998, where she and her husband raised their family and actively participated in the close-knit West University Place community.
Leah's career is a rich tapestry woven with diverse experiences in Corporate America and start-ups. Her impressive track record includes pivotal roles at BellSouth International, U S West International, Enron Broadband Services, and Kelsey Seybold. Leah's solid educational background is rooted in her graduation from Vanderbilt University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the George Washington School of International Business.
Her passion for her work is evident in her efforts to connect with both current and prospective clients, aiming to share the outstanding services of Well Lived Wealth. Leah's dynamic personality extends beyond her professional life; she is an avid pickleball player, an enthusiastic gardener, and a passionate cook, always bringing zest and creativity to everything she does.
Ross Selvaggi, MBA
Client Service Associate
Ross has been a dedicated team member at Well Lived Wealth since 2022, initially joining the team as an intern over two summers before transitioning into his current role as a Client Service Associate. A graduate of Loyola University, Ross further enhanced his experience by completing an MBA with a Finance Concentration at Tulane University’s A.B. Freeman School of Business in New Orleans in 2025. His meticulous attention to detail and patient demeanor make him a standout contributor within the team.
Ross has completed the FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and the Texas Department of Insurance General lines – life, accident, health and HMO exam. He is currently working towards acquiring his Series 7 and Series 66 which are part of the rigorous steps toward becoming an Advisor.
While studying economics, Ross made his mark as a baseball player at Loyola. Despite his fond memories of New Orleans, Ross remains a native Houstonian at heart. Outside of work, Ross channels his culinary creativity through his love for cooking sous vide, biking, and pickleball. His multifaceted skills and interests add depth to his role, making him an asset to our Well Lived Wealth family.
